  • Verify with insurance that I am in network with them

At your appointment

Lighthouse is a fee-for-service practice, which means payment is due at the time of service

Payment can look like:

  • paying your co-pay or co-insurance
  • paying the full service fee until your deductible is met
  • paying the cash rate and/or accepting a superbill for out of network coverage

We will bill your insurance promptly after each session. Please keep your insurance info up to date so as to avoid billing errors or delays!

Out of Network

Many patients may qualify for reimbursement through their out-of-network insurance benefits. Appointment fees are due at the time of service, and we are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

If you are not using insurance, you are protected under the No Surprises Act. You can learn more about your rights here and receive a Good Faith Estimate.
