Meet Carly

Hello. I am so glad you made it here.
My name is Carly (she/her) and I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. After completing my doctoral training at Oregon Health and Science University, I have worked predominantly in community psychiatry and crisis settings. I have a rich experience treating a wide variety of mental health issues with special expertise in the comingling between addiction and trauma, and geriatric psychiatry, to name a few.
In 2021, I opened my private practice in order to expand my reach in offering deep, therapeutic engagement via telehealth. Since opening my practice, I have found joy in advancing my specialties further. In particular I am passionate about exploring neurodivergence including AuDHD, as well as identifying and treating OCD.
I believe one of the bravest things a person can do is open themselves to the possibility of change. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgemental space where there is no rush to find the end. I believe the journey is where we find growth. I am happy to explore that potential with you, with medications or in the therapy room.

A bit more…
Prior to my nursing career, I enjoyed a career in medical research – cancer research specifically. Craving a connection with humans outside of the lab, I returned to school for graduate studies. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and our pets. You can find me playing piano (the one I transported from New York!), videogames, knitting, or in the kitchen baking something cake-like.
